Nose
A light, candied sweetness is followed by juicy raspberry, a touch of florality and creamy strawberry, all before a flash of the leafiness of basil.

Palate
A well-rounded palate with the pepperiness of the basil and a hint of anise, before the flavour develops into notes of raspberry jam and a light creaminess. Complex, with lots to explore.

Finish
Floral on the finish with gentle rose, a lingering sweetness, and notes of chocolate.

Comments
A rather fun flavoured gin with a harmony of flavours.

Nose
Strong raspberry cordial, or cough sweets with the crunchy, sugary coating. The basil has an air of Thai basil, and lends a herbal freshness.

Palate
More slightly aniseed medicinal notes, with touches of torn basil leaves and juniper. A sweet, woody note develops, alongside stewed raspberries.

Finish
It fades on a final raspberry and sweet woody note.

Comments
This could mix well in a thirst-quenching summer drink, with torn basil leaves for garnish.
