Nose
Deep, dark fruity notes; incredibly intense with blackcurrant and blackberry with a touch of leafiness.

Palate
Thick in texture with an initial sweetness that is followed by blackberry blossom and jasmine, ahead of the succulent berry fruit and a light tartness.

Finish
The botanicals come through mostly on the finish, with juniper, earthy angelica and soft florals.

Comments
A complex Bramble liqueur with a balanced sweetness; delicious on the rocks or with sparkling wine.

Nose
Juicy blackberries and blackcurrants, and leafy hedgerow notes – the latter tempers the sweetness a little.

Palate
It’s sweet, like blackcurrant cough pastilles, but not too cloying. That leafy, almost herbal note clings on amid the intense fruity notes.

Finish
It fades quickly and sweetly with more blackberry notes.

Comments
It certainly delivers on the bramble flavour. I think it would make a nice partner for a glass of dry sparkling wine.
