Nose
Bright and bountiful pineapple with toasted spice; succulent and fruity.

Palate
More juicy pineapple, but not too sweet, allowing the drier fruit to come through, along with wood and a floral touch. Traditional gin notes: juniper, coriander and nutmeg.

Finish
Gentle spice with vanilla and wood spice, reminiscent of a pineapple fritter.

Comments
A lovely balance between gin and pineapple – a great dry pineapple gin. Great with tonic or even quality cola for an extra tropical treat.

Score

8.9

Nose
Fresh strawberries and heady floral aromas are backed resinous juniper, earthy angelica, cassia bark and coriander seed.

Palate
Gentle with bitter almond, lemon and lime peel, watermelon, pear drops and ripe plums, balanced by sweet baking spices.

Finish
Rounded and well balanced. Long and lingering with citrus and sweet herbs. Juniper and spice.

Comments
A well-balanced easy-going and versatile gin that should have broad appeal.

Score

8.6
