Nose
Bright and fragrant with garden-like aromatics, including leafy lemongrass, a touch of ginger spice, and a splash of piney juniper.

Palate
Packed full of flavour with oily coriander notes that provide floral, citrus, and spiced elements.

Finish
Lingering flavours of juniper and woody angelica, before  pink grapefruit and black pepper.

Comments
An especially citrusy and spicy gin that’s fresh and revitalising and would work well with lots of ice, ginger ale, and a slice of orange.

Score

8.3

Nose
Wonderfully open and forward. Apples and ginger, along with something more floral.

Palate
Lovely rich texture, with juniper, coriander and lots of citrus initially. Becomes fruitier, with a slight orange note, before a gentle ginger note comes to the fore, along with a freshly brewed green tea.

Finish
Ginger lingers although gradually a slightly grassy note comes through.

Comments
Really good, flavoursome stuff that still stands true as a gin. Would try long with a very light tonic.

Score

8.7
