Bottled at 43% ABV, the gin is made up of 24 botanicals including Kaffir Lime, the hero ingredient of the expression which adds citrus aromas. The producers have described the expression as having notes of spearmint and lemon, with an elegant moreish finish.

Silent Pool have had a busy year thus far in regards to new releases. The brand’s Coronation Gin expression launched in March, while their rare Black Juniper gin launched the same month.
Silent Pool’s Kaffir Lime Expression is available to purchase from the distillery, online shop and Surrey independent retailers at £30 per 70cl bottle.
A specially curated cocktail serve has also been released to accompany the gin,titled Kaffir & Champagne Sour, which can be found below.
Ingredients
- 50ml Silent Pool Gin Kaffir Lime Expression
- 22.5ml Chamomile and Champagne Syrup (recipe below)
- 22.5ml Fresh Lemon juice
- 25ml Egg whites
- 20ml of Chablis
- Five drops of Absinthe
Method
Combine the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupette or Nick and Nora glass.
