Ingredients
- 25ml Caorunn Dry
- 60ml Pear Cider
- 1 scoop of Apple Sorbet
- 15ml of Wild Elderflower syrup
Method
Mix and build ingredients and serve in a wide glass, topped with apple sorbet.
Damky Panky

Ingredients
- 45ml Caorunn Dry
- 30ml Damson Plum Wine
- 2.5ml English fernet
- Plums
Method
Stir and serve over a crystal-clear ice cube and garnish with two fresh and thin plum slices
Glow Spritzer

Ingredients
- 30ml Caorunn Dry
- 15ml Sippello English Apertif
- 25ml Pink Grapefruit Sherbet
- 30ml Meda Lime & Elderflower CBD
Method
Build and serve in a highball glass over an ice column and garnish with fresh citrus wheels.
