Scottish gin brand Caorunn has partnered with mixologist Walter Pintus to create a range of festive cocktails designed to celebrate the Christmas period.
Handcrafted in the highlands of Scotland, Caorunn is produced in small batches and quadruple-distilled. Each recipe has been curated by Pintus using Caorunn’s Scottish craftmanship and hand-foraged botanicals as inspiration.
Below are the two cocktails to try this Christmas, complete with a recipe guide and method.
Pumpkin Spiced Spritz

Ingredients:
35ml Caorunn Gin
40ml Spiced Pumpkin Shrub
50ml Soda Water
5 Dashes Peychaud’s
Method:
Add ice into a highball glass and add the Caorunn gin and spiced pumpkin shrub. Top with the soda water and finish with five dashes of Peychaud’s bitter.
A Winter’s Tail

Ingredients:
35ml Caorunn Gin
50ml clarified apples and spices milk
20ml pear cider
Method:
Pour ice into glass and add the ingredients. Garnish with dehydrated apple.
