Nose
Delicate floral notes with a hint of lemon peel; summery and fresh.

Palate
Oily and floral on the palate with flavours of honey and citrus blossom, followed by coriander and some resinous juniper and pine.

Finish
A little heat on the finish with notes of citrus and pepper.

Comments
A floral gin with light spiciness that would mix well in a Bee’s Knees.

Score

7.7

Nose
Prominent nose with rich notes of spiced marmalade and orange milk chocolate. There are hints of sweet fruit and juniper in there, too.

Palate
Lovely texture, with a slight menthol cooling effect. Less prominent than the nose, with background notes of orange chocolate continuing and hints of juniper and tropical fruit.

Finish
Segments of pineapple, passion fruit an satsuma drizzled with milk chocolate.

Comments
A really interesting and subtly flavoured gin that would suit a citrussy serve.

Score

8.6
