Nose
Chocolatey aromas of cocoa nibs, fragrant and indulgent, joined by oily orange peel and a hint of buttery biscuit.

Palate
Amazingly soft texture. Creamy chocolate notes to start, followed by orange: a combination  that is reminiscent of Terry’s Chocolate Orange.

Finish
The foundational gin botanicals come through, including juniper, coriander and almond.

Comments
A brilliant gin with a fantastic balance between the gin base and the flavours of jaffa cakes; it would make a delectable Negroni.

Nose
Aromas of soft sponge cake, sweet orange jelly and creamy dark chocolate combine with an underlayer of juniper and floral spice.

Palate
Notes of juniper and a bit of warmth remind you this is gin, but the texture is creamy like melted milk chocolate and the orange-chocolate-sponge combo continues.

Finish
Slightly drying with notes of fresh, sweet, pulpy orange juice with a touch of pine.

Comments
A very well-executed flavoured gin that could make a nice twist on an Espresso Martini.

Score

8.8
