Delightful aromas of cocktail cherries make this seem to be a guilty pleasure, but enchanting nonetheless. Hints of almond and Bakewell tart.
The sweetness of cherries jubilee is accompanied by the vanilla of crème anglaise: jammy and sweet, but not sickly. Notes of juniper and citrus emerge later on.
The dryness develops on the finish, along with lingering notes of cherry ice cream.
A fun, fruity gin that would work marvellously in a split base (50:50 with whisky) Manhattan.
Sweetly fruity and floral aroma, with notes of cherryade and Turkish delight.
Very light. Sweet and sour cherry notes mingle together pleasantly with more of that rosy Turkish delight and a shadow of classic botanicals in the background.
The cherry notes linger on, but with a little dryness, like cherry sencha tea.
A juicy yet reasonably delicate cherry gin, with an attractively bright pink hue, that would pair nicely with sparkling wine.
