An intense, botanical nose with lots of resinous juniper and leafy citrus aromas. This has a great oiliness, promising intensity on the palate.
Initial flavours of earthiness, citrus, and a sweetness develop into spicier notes and some woodiness with coriander, followed by resinous forest flavours.
The intensity builds and lingers on the palate with vibrant notes of pine and chocolate.
A powerful gin that is borderline overwhelming on its own, but it really shines in a gin and tonic.
Powerful aroma with leafy herbaceous notes, green pepper, coriander, cumin, woody cinnamon, and resinous juniper. A touch of citrus sourness, and the bitter chalkiness of walnuts.
Luscious texture. Spice notes come to the fore with more bell pepper notes, peppercorns, coriander seed, earthy angelica and juniper.
Final notes of juniper and sweet cinnamon, with a pleasant alcohol warmth.
A really botanically strong gin that would be lovely lengthened with tonic water.
