We’re going for sun-drenched beach vibes with today’s cocktail: a Pina Colada Martini with Whitley Neill’s new Pineapple Gin! Inspired by travels in the Americas, the gin is distilled with Costa Rican pineapples. Whitley Neill has paired it with coconut water and dry vermouth in this tropical take on a Martini.
Pina Colada Martini
Ingredients
- 60ml Whitley Neill Pineapple Gin
- 20ml Coconut Water
- 20ml Lillet Blanc Vermouth
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir gently for 30–40 seconds. Strain the ingredients into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a wedge of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
