Delicate floral notes of jasmine and green tea, along with a touch of rose. Notably mild and genteel.

A gentle sweetness is followed by earthy angelica and orris root. A hint of violet before the green tea comes to the fore: the light, but dry tannic notes work well with the floral flavours and add complexity in both texture and flavour.

Rose and jasmine accompanied by lingering notes of lemon and orange.

An unusual gin that is well executed; a lovely tipple to enjoy over ice.

Slight grassiness of green tea with touches of lemon, honey and chamomile. There’s a savoury oiliness to it, too.

Saltiness like green olives. Green tea with manuka honey. A slightly bitter, even sour, note of citrus, with piney juniper notes.

Continuing savouriness and green-grassiness into the finish, with a little oily flavour and texture.

Does a good job of capturing the character of green tea; its sweetness would make a nice lengthened drink.

I tried this gin recently and found it to be remarkably smooth with delicate citrus notes. Delicious neat over ice!
