Nose
Delivers exactly what you’d hope for: sweet honey and plump raspberry, along with earthy woodiness.
Palate
This gin has a balanced sweetness and the underlying botanicals really shine through, making great companions for the honey and fruit.
Finish
Lingering flavours of raspberry; there is a delicate nuttiness reminiscent of raspberry seeds, with a leafiness and more perfumed floral notes.
Comments
A brilliant example of a flavoured gin that would work well mixed with Champagne.
Score
8.5

Nose
Prominent raspberry on the nose with the faintest drizzle of honey. Some brighter citrus notes hide under the fruit.
Palate
Very light mouthfeel. Sweet raspberries with a slightly earthy touch of angelica and a honey undertone, like light runny honey.
Finish
Raspberry, with a little herbal note of raspberry leaf and juniper, sees out the finish with a bit of heat.
Comments
The clear raspberry note in this would make it a nice partner for a light, dry sparkling wine.
