Edinburgh Gin has a new flavour on the market! Its Orange & Basil gin is made with sweet Valencian orange peel and fresh vapour-infused basil leaf.
The Scottish distiller claims the combination of crisp citrus and slightly savoury basil makes a great spring drink – and we’re inclined to agree!
One of its signature serves is the Orange and Basil Fizz: a zesty, thirst-quenching drink that is ideal for warmer days. It is made with gomme syrup, a sweetener containing Arabic gum which can create a smoother texture and alcohol flavour in a cocktail than sugar syrup.
