Nose
A good, solid classic nose with bright juniper and a dusting of sweet baking spice.
Palate
Chocolate-covered ginger snaps, joined by notes of caraway, clove, and cinnamon. A little warmth before notes of citrus and angelica.
Finish
Mellow juniper on the finish, along with a resinous, earthy bitterness and a final flourish of green, menthol leafiness.
Comments
A striking gin that would be superb in a Negroni garnished with an orange slice and a small piece of candied ginger, too.

Nose
Very bright and fresh with crisp pine and zingy lemon. Coriander seed and a slight stalkiness. A sweet fruity hint, like ripe pears.
Palate
A milk chocolate bar with red fruit. More lemon and bright piney juniper with a hint of drying spice. Pleasant and smooth texture.
Finish
Spritzy lemon and juniper on a mid-length finish which is nice and warming.
Comments
Lovely flavours and a lovely mouthfeel. This would hold its own in many classic cocktails, but I’d go for a Martinez.
