Nose
A powerful nose with some salinity and peppery leafy notes reminiscent of sage.

Palate
A light minerality upfront leads the way for juniper. This gin has a noticeably crisp dryness. The alcohol is well integrated and there is a flourish of pepper.

Finish
A clean finish with a concluding dryness that coats the tongue, accompanied by a gentle glow of warmth too.

Comments
Given the dry nature of the gin and its slightly savoury character, I think this would work very well in a Gibson.

Score

7.7

Nose
inous notes with sweet vanilla, liquorice and a touch of floral heather. Pineiness from juniper, with lemon zest and musky angelica notes.

Palate
It gets a little sweeter, with lemon cakes and vanilla frosting, followed by slightly bitter pine notes and cracked coriander seed.

Finish
Mid-length and warm, with a faint vegetal hint of celery alongside pine.

Comments
Packed with solid classic flavours that would lend themselves well to a Martini.

Score

7.9
