Nose
Principally juicy and fruity on the nose with an array of berries, such as raspberry and blackcurrant, as well as more exotic fruits such as papaya and guava.
Palate
espite the fruity nose, it has a solid juniper profile: woody and resinous with a hint of sweetness, reminiscent of an Old Tom gin. Bright citrus follows, with a little spice.
Finish
The spice continues, giving the gin a gentle warmth.
Comments
A bold gin with a powerful character that I think would make a smashing Negroni.
Score
8.8

Nose
Green and herbal, like a vibrant salsa, with dill and chilli peppers. An edge of creamy peppermint. Delicate florals and green juniper with a slight grape note.
Palate
The herbal notes continue with peppery heat, crunchy coriander stalks, white grapes and bitter pine. Lemon peel, bright and fresh. A touch of chamomile tea.
Finish
Menthol pepper with light green tea and fresh lemon slices.
Comments
I’m excited by the flavours. With the right vermouth, it would make a cracking Martini.
