Throughout Dry January, we’re using our Cocktail of the Week feature to showcase some great non-alcoholic serves – whether you’re taking part in the sobriety campaign, or just want to try something new this weekend. Today, we’re travelling to South Africa with Ceder’s, a non-alcoholic spirits brand that aims to showcase the country’s natural bounty. Its range of gin-inspired distilled drinks includes Classic, Crisp and Wild expressions, along with Pink Rose, the focal point of this simply but tasty cocktail.
Pink Rose Spritz
Ingredients
- 50ml Ceder’s Pink Rose
- 25ml pink grapefruit tonic water (or another citrusy, sharp variety)
- 75ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine
Method
Build the cocktail in a wine glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
