Mocktail of the week: Lyre’s Pink Spritz

Lyre's Pink London Spirit Spritz

Throughout Dry January, we are using our Cocktail of the Week feature to showcase some great non-alcoholic serves – whether you’re taking part in the sobriety campaign, or want to try something new this weekend. To kick us off, we have a spritz recipe from Lyre’s. The Australian company will be the official spirit of Dry January from 2022 to 2024 after signing a deal with the campaign’s organiser, Alcohol Change UK. This recipe uses its Pink London Spirit, a rosy version of its gin-style London Dry Spirit with notes of red berries and juniper.

Pink Spritz

Ingredients

  • 60ml Lyre’s Pink London Spirit
  • 60ml Lyre’s Classico (or other non-alcoholic sparkling wine, such as Nosecco)
  • 30ml premium tonic water, soda or lemonade
  • Fresh raspberries and lemon slice, to garnish

Method

Pour the ingredients into a large wine glass or copa over ice. Stir to mix, then garnish with the raspberries and lemon slice.
