Delicate notes of tea and bergamot with orange blossom, clotted cream and white chocolate.
Classic juniper, moving onto luscious creamy chocolate, then the floral and citrus complexities of the tea, which is more graceful than the flavour you might expect from a standard Earl Grey gin.
Gentle, floral orange with a mellow, spiced note of ginger – refined and delightful.
A lovely example of a Lady Grey gin with notable gentleness that would absolutely delightful in a Gin Sour.
Oily, punchy bergamot citrus notes – I could be walking through the grove. Pine, sweet spices, and a touch of tea tannins.
Lovely oily texture. Bergamot, coriander, peppery spice and more juniper. Gets slightly more tannic as it goes.
Tea leaf with delightfully sweet, oily citrus. Thick, but still pleasantly warm and quite drying.
The light tea character and bold citrus make this a pleasure to sip. A lovely fit for a Negroni Bianco (with white vermouth).
