Nose
Incredibly fragrant and floral on the nose, with aromas of fresh berries and citrusy coriander seed.

Palate
A robust and full-bodied gin with the citrus notes from the nose continuing onto the palate. A mellow sweetness from the succulent, slightly juicy fruit notes, with hints of the base spirit.

Finish
More limonene, with citrus and spice of coriander seed.

Comments
This gin has a great harmony between its base spirit and botanical recipe that would add a lovely liveliness to a Gin Collins.

8.0

Nose
Sweetness and creaminess like fromage frais. Floral violets, juicy lemon and crisp apples and pears.

Palate
Crunchy fresh coriander, cucumber and peppery rocket. Juniper and liquorice come through too, with underlying floral sweetness.

Finish
It fills the mouth as it slowly fades with more coriander leaves and sweet spice notes.

Comments
This had my undivided attention from the first nose. Give me a glass of this on ice, or perhaps in a bone-dry Martini.

Score

9.2
