Nose
Warm amber in colour with aromas of peach and marmalade with a hint of rose jelly.
Palate
Delightfully fruity, rich and jammy: notes of vine fruit, berries and cherries along with the vibrant woody spice of cassia, nutmeg and ginger. The wood notes give a cosy character.
Finish
Freshly cracked black peppercorn notes linger, along with sappy woodiness and cedar.
Comments
A lovely example of a matured gin, with the wood and botanicals working in harmony. It’s extremely sippable and would be great in a Martinez.

Nose
An initial whiff of furniture polish turns into juicy orange segments in a boozy trifle. Nutmeg, fortified wine, and some dark caramel sweetness.
Palate
Juicy, slightly bitter orange returns with Christmassy spices, including ginger and cloves, followed by hints of raisins and juniper. The texture is deliciously smooth.
Finish
Long and gentle, with sweet orange and some woody spice.
Comments
A lovely, slightly unusual
aged gin that would really shine in a
Gin Old Fashioned.
