Nose
Dark chocolate lime sweets on the nose, along with buttery vanilla and a slightly tropical scent.

Palate
A well-rounded spirit with sweet spice up-front: cinnamon, cassia and nutmeg, all-in-all reminiscent of baked cookies. These flavours are followed by more typical gin notes of juniper and citrus.

Finish
Slightly floral citrus – mandarin and clementine – with a bit more spice.

Comments
With its strong fruity and spicy character, I can see this gin working well with ginger ale in a Gin Buck.

Score

7.8

Nose
Sweet orange, like candied peel, and stem ginger biscuits. Then crunchy parsley, leafy coriander and green, waxy juniper.

Palate
It still has those crunchy, crisp herb and flower stem notes with hints of spicy coriander and juniper underneath.

Finish
It disappears quickly with a final herbal hit.

Comments
This sprightly gin has the makings of a good London Dry and some nice flavours to explore.

Score

7.4
