This month will see a host of distillers launch festive special-edition gins for 2021. Among them is England’s Puddingstone Distillery, the maker of Campfire Gin, which is getting ready to release its delightfully delicious Pud Pud Gin. As well as the original expression, the distillery is releasing two versions of its Christmas classic: one infused with cherries, and the other aged in ex-whiskey barrels.
To celebrate the launch of this trio, we’re showcasing a special seasonal cocktail from Puddingstone, the Black Forest, using Pud Pud Cherry. This take on the Negroni is inspired by the decadent German gateau from which it takes its name, and is an ideal drink to keep you warm on Bonfire Night!
