Nose
Pale pink blush in colour, with delicious aromas of strawberry and raspberry followed by a zing of lemon zest.

Palate
Despite the fruity nose, this has a good, classic flavour profile with notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica, with a dash of citrus.

Finish
Lingering citrus from the palate in the form of lemon and grapefruit flavours, with just a touch of raspberry, too.

Comments
A crisp and fruity gin that would make a lovely Gin & Tonic or Tom Collins.

Score

8.2

Nose
Slightly sweet-and-sour vibe, like over-stewed rhubarb and thick cheesecake mix. Then strong pink grapefruit, earthy hints and soft juniper.

Palate
Pink grapefruit gives way to juniper, coriander and angelica, with a citrus sweetness lingering in the back.

Finish
Juicy grapefruit notes come back with juniper for a final flourish. There’s a bit of warmth, but expected at the higher ABV.

Comments
A well-balanced gin that wears its strength lightly. This could work mixed with ginger ale.

Score

8.5
