Nose
Crisp and clean classic gin aromas of juniper, coriander and angelica, with a touch of spice and, finally, a hint of melted butter.

Palate
This gin has a divine texture: luxurious, decadent, and silky smooth. Light vanilla is followed by woody juniper and spice, highlighted by a hint of citrus.

Finish
A light building of alcohol with notes of black pepper and the warm, oily breadiness of a buttered crumpet.

Comments
A uniqiue and delightful gin that is well worth a try for its heavenly texture alone; I’d love it in a Martini.

Nose
It’s buttery, creamy and salty, like lashings of butter on white toast. Juniper, coriander and an angelica earthiness.

Palate
Great texture – the creaminess makes it oily and indulgent. Juniper, grainy notes, lemony citrus, coriander, and a hint of earthy liquorice.

Finish
Fades slowly with buttery softness, grain sweetness and a piney bite.

Comments
What a clever gin – it’s well balanced and has an excellent texture. Give me this in ice-cold Dry Martinis for days.

9.3
