Nose
A fresh aroma with crisp, leafy cucumber, earthy notes, and the scent of some lightly crumbled milk chocolate.

Palate
An initial sweetness moves onto hints of resinous juniper followed by floral angelica and some peppery citrus.

Finish
Leafy on the finish with more resinous juniper and a hint of sweetness. Well rounded and complex.

Comments
A solid all-rounder of a gin that would mix well in a cornucopia of cocktails.

Score

8.8

Nose
Very green nose with leafy coriander, dill, and light, fresh cucumber. Juicy lemon, juniper and black pepper spice.

Palate
More cucumber and dill notes with black pepper, juicy lemon slices and fragrant juniper. The texture is really lovely and light.

Finish
It fades with a final herbal note of dill, pepper and juniper. Very soft, but lingering.

Comments
A lovely contemporary spirit that would work well with a Mediterranean tonic or in a Red Snapper, with its vegetal/herbal notes.

Score

8.9
