Nose
Malty and citrussy: coriander seed, a little cinnamon spice, and honeyed juniper notes.

Palate
Exceptionally oily on the palate with great flavour intensity. There are plenty of floral and citrus flavours, along with spicy coriander and lasting notes of menthol pepper.

Finish
A lingering finish that lasts for a good minute with plenty of pleasant, crisp citrus.

Comments
A powerful and bold gin that would stand up well to heavy mixing.

Score

7.9

Nose
Very spicy – freshly cracked black pepper, cardamom and slightly citrussy coriander – with earthy hints and a yeasty note like fresh baguettes.

Palate
The spice notes hold the stage – fennel, turmeric and coriander seed – with some juniper discernible underneath it.

Finish
A leafy freshness like curry leaves with more lemony coriander.

Comments
A gin with some serious spice heft that could make a nice mix with ginger beer.

Score

8.0
