Agnes Arber Pineapple Gin Sour

The gin sour is a classic that should be in any self-respecting home bartender’s repertoire. With a drink so simple in construction, you can have a bit of fun with your recipe – so why not try using a fruity gin? This recipe uses Agnes Arber’s punchy Pineapple Gin to create an exotic twist on the classic. It’s an ideal drink to transport you to sunnier climes while flexing those cocktail-making muscles!

Agnes Arber Pineapple Sour

Ingredients

  • 50ml Arber Pineapple
  • 15ml Monin Triple Sec 25
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white

Method

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker (without ice) and shake. After all the ingredients have combined, add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and pineapple leaf.

Don’t have a cocktail shaker? An empty jam jar or any Tupperware container will work just as well.
