Nose
Bold juniper notes: rich and resinous with a hint of nutty spice and a gentle salinity. A brilliantly complex nose.

Palate
Fantastic in texture: slightly viscous and super smooth. A sparkle of crisp, piney juniper persists throughout, joined by lively citrus and gentle earthy sweetness.

Finish
Fruity on the finish, along with sappy pine and a lingering hay-like sweetness.

Comments
A complex and exciting gin that dips its toe in the land of contemporary gin, but never forgets its juniper roots.

8.8

Nose
An instant waft of spices: cardamom pods, coriander seeds, cinnamon/cassia bark. It’s accompanied by orange and lime citrus, and a little juniper.

Palate
It’s silky and warming. The spices and citrus are dialled up to 11, with an added leafy spice note and building anise.

Finish
There’s a wave of juniper, pleasantly piney and sharp, with more spice and a little juicy citrus. It’s long lasting and makes you crave another sip.

Comments
Beautifully balanced and flavoured. I want this in an ice-cold Gimlet.

Score

9.1
