Nose
Luscious lemon, fragrant and bright, with some juniper pine and coriander spice.
Palate
This has a lovely texture with excellent alcohol integration. Flavours of citrus move into coriander seed and earthy angelica, before the appearance of the floral sweetness of rose and turkish delight.
Finish
A harmonious finish with juniper, rose, and a spot of lemon that lingers on the tongue and invites you back for more.
Comments
A truly fantastic gin that is well balanced and graceful. I’d enjoy sipping it neat on the rocks.

Nose
Rich and meaty, like a lovingly basted chicken. Then come juniper, peppercorns, coriander, cardamom and a touch of cinnamon stick.
Palate
This seems like it was leading towards florality, but paused at lavender-scented furniture polish. Some piney notes, cooked lemon and hints of spice and bitterness.
Finish
Fairly short, with touches of cardamom/fennel and leafy herbs.
Comments
This is an interesting gin that I’m still trying to pin down. I want to pop a splash of tonic in it and see what happens.
