Nose
Plump, almost jammy fruit aromas of plum and stone fruit with the freshly-cracked oiliness of coriander.

Palate
The complexity extends to the palate with a peppery coriander spiciness followed by notes of green myrtle and baking spice.

Finish
Woody juniper and cedar on the finish, along with dashes of vanilla and menthol pepper notes.

Comments
A well-balanced gin with just a touch of sweetness; I think this would make a rather tasty Gimlet.

Score

8.1

Nose
It’s salty and bright, like oysters with fresh lemon, then evolves into seaweed, savoury/umami with a suggestion of sweetness. Finally, here comes the juniper.

Palate
Like chewing on a juicy citrus-marinated prawn, garnished with juniper berries. Gentle spice notes follow later. It has a beautiful silky texture to it.

Finish
Long lasting, with more salinity and sharpness from lemon.

Comments
This won’t be for everyone, but is definitely one for fans of a coastal-style gin. It feels a natural fit for a great Martini.

Score

8.8
