Nose
Delightfully aromatic with enchanting notes wafting up from the glass of candied citrus peel and soft florals.

Palate
Notably dry in character, with juniper upfront followed by earthy angelica. Citrus notes, both the sweetness of lemon and the sharpness of lime, follow and really embolden the gin.

Finish
The dryness of the start returns on the finish, combined with earthy floral flavours.

Comments
This is a complex gin that would make a pretty tasty Aviation.

Nose
A big burst of orange, like someone is zesting and squeezing one under my nose. Touches of grapefruit bitterness, coriander and cinnamon. The juniper is big and oily.

Palate
The citrus notes evole into spiced orange cake with touches of coriander, cumin and star anise. Piney juniper prickles around the edge.

Finish
It gets more herbal and grassy as it fades away, with more zesty orange citrus.

Comments
A juicy London dry that could add a twist to a drink with fresh orange juice in it, such as a Mimosa.

Score

8.2
