This week the UK marked National Tea Day (21 April), a chance to celebrate all that’s great about this beloved beverage. Thanks to the innovations of the country’s distillers, there are now a number of gins on the market that include tea as a key ingredient. One of the most recent additions to this scene is Gtea Gin, which has a range of tea-infused gins. For our cocktail this week we’ve chosen a refreshing Tom Collins using Gtea’s Black Tea & Wild Cherry Gin, for a new take on this classic serve.
