Nose
Very crisp and oily with green, piney juniper and lighter, floral aromas.
Palate
Bold botanical intensity with plenty of juniper and some woody cedar notes, which also provide a spot of sweetness. Vibrant citrus notes of coriander then seem to develop here.
Finish
More citrus on the finish: lemon and orange, neatly highlighted by delicate floral notes that linger on the palate.
Comments
A brilliant gin with a great level of power and complexity. Lovely for a Highball or French ‘75.

Nose
Green, leafy and herbal, with parsley, dill, basil, plus a sweet stone fruit note hiding in the back. Waxy lemon and juniper, and a menthol hint.
Palate
Those green, leafy notes continue and get deeper, almost spinach-like. Rooty notes and punchy juniper come through later on.
Finish
There’s drying coriander spice and a slight stalky note as this fades out.
Comments
This is a really interesting and punchy sip. It seems like it would make a good partner for vermouth in a Martini.
