Nose
Aromas of pepper and savoury spices such as paprika, followed by a little earthy juniper.

Palate
Ginger comes through to start, along with lemongrass. This has a pleasant vibrancy to it, supported by an underlying and more classic botanical character too.

Finish
The oiliness lingers on the finish with coriander and a final note of dry pine.

Comments
A nice, balanced gin with notable points of interest in its flavour profile. This would be suited to classic gin drinks, like the Martini.

Nose
This smells rich; oily juniper, spiciness from pepper, coriander and cumin, and there’s a juiciness to it that could be from citrus. A promising start.

Palate
Very classic on the palate and decently balanced. Piney juniper, touches of lemon peel, and lots more of those spice notes. It has a hint of maple syrup sweetness, too.

Finish
Dries out with more spice notes and a hint of something herbal/leafy.

Comments
It’s got a good balance of flavours and a lovely mouthfeel. Pass the tonic and ice, please
