Nose
A fantastic nose: lively and engaging and lots of juicy citrus, including mandarin and yuzu, along with bright cassia spice.

Palate
The oily citrus coats the tongue and delivers a lovely freshness. Sweet baking spice and a woody earthiness follow on.

Finish
A dry finish with a balanced leafiness and lingering citrus note – delightful.

Comments
A really delicious gin with a complex, but balanced character; it would make a really stunning Gin & Tonic.

Nose
There are big cola vibes, like those chewy, sugar-encrusted cola sweets, with hints of dandelion and burdock, and powdered ginger.

Palate
That cola flavour continues with the slightly floral dandelion/burdock note, hints of lemon citrus and juniper.

Finish
It lingers on, with the cola notes and some powdered spice stretching out to reach a dry end.

Comments
What a clever gin. It would seem rude not to mix this with cola or root beer, with those dark floral notes.

9.0
