Nose
Rich and fruity on the nose: luscious wood notes with red fruit and almonds, followed by juniper and citrus too.

Palate
A gentle honeyed sweetness underneath, with notes of wine and orange with a floral, chamomile edge followed by sappy pine.

Finish
Candied violets and the rich sweetness of Jamaican ginger cake; simply delightful.

Comments
A marvellous example of an aged gin: wood and botanicals working in equilibrium. This would be great enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Nose
Lovely pale caramel sweetness. Oak notes, vanilla, butterscotch and a little candied ginger.

Palate
The oak influence is spicier, with cinnamon and powdered ginger. More sweet butterscotch, and piney juniper appears here too. There’s also a little citrus influence.

Finish
A bit of heat comes through. The sweetness dries out into baking spices and a touch of brown sugar.

Comments
A delightful aged gin with lovely oak influence. I would love to try this in an Old Fashioned.
