Nose
Fragrant and citrusy, with lots of coriander that provides a light, floral spiciness.

Palate
This has an excellent texture with just the right level of tongue-coating oiliness. To taste, it has green, leafy notes and earthy liquorice, before cocoa and more of the citrus from the nose comes through.

Finish
A slight peppery warmth, but no real burn, before residual notes of citrus with a touch of malt.

Comments
A refreshing gin that would work well in summery, long cocktails with lots of citrus.

7.9

Nose
It smells very classic – lemony notes, coriander, juniper, very clean and fresh. There’s also a little creamy pastry note at the back.

Palate
More piney juniper and lemon peel. There’s a strong herbal note from coriander stalks and a touch of orris root.

Finish
It makes a swift, clean exit. A light peppery spice tingle and herbal hints as it fades out.

Comments
Not much to complain about here – a very crisp, clean gin. It would make  a solid partner for tonic water or in a classic Collins serve.

8.3
