Nose
Green, resinous aromas alongside earthy angelica and a little peek of citrus and coriander coming up.

Palate
A succulent gin with plenty of citrus: aromatic orange and lively lemon. There is then sweetness in the form of liquorice, which also gives the gin a velvety texture.

Finish
Light juniper on the finish with a tingle of pine and menthol, leafy pepper.

Comments
A smooth and sophisticated gin that is easy to sip and great for a Gin & Tonic.

Score

8.6

Nose
Light piney juniper, lemon peel citrus, a touch of vanilla pod and a faint herbal note too.

Palate
That herbal note is more prominent, coming through as Thai basil, with more juniper and a spiced cake batter sweetness which is emphasised by the smooth mouthfeel.

Finish
A spirituous finish, with a touch of citrus sweetness.

Comments
This has some nice nuances to explore. An Indian or Mediterranean tonic water could make a good partner.

Score

8.1
