Nose
Crisp, leafy citrus notes with a touch of soapy cilantro and a slightly crunchy, vegetal aroma to it.
Palate
Floral in character with the sweetness of candied petals. Fresh and exceptionally crisp, with a touch of celery and leafy citrus.
Finish
The savoury flavours continue with lingering notes of citrus and black pepper with a hint of nuttiness.
Comments
A balanced spirit with a bold flavour, which would work well in a Red Snapper or mixed in with Mediterranean tonic water.

8.7

Nose
Very herbal, like someone has shoved a bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley under my nose. Some woody notes that could be orris root.
Palate
It stays green with more parsley and bay leaf, cardamom pods, black pepper, waxy juniper and a touch of lemon peel.
Finish
Heat builds into the finish, which is a little bit peppery while still retaining that herbal character.
Comments
Dilution brings out more leafy green notes and citrus. Serving with Mediterranean tonic water would be a solid choice here.
