We’re taking a walk on the sweeter side of life with this week’s cocktail: the Dolce Vita from Greenall’s Gin. This vibrant little number combines the brand’s Wild Berry Gin with Aperol, sweet vermouth and passion fruit syrup to create a sip you’ll want to savour. You could even enjoy it outside in the garden or on the balcony, now the weather is warming!

- 45ml Greenall’s Wild Berry Gin
- 15ml Aperol
- 15ml sweet vermouth
- 5ml passion fruit syrup
Stir all ingredients well with ice to chill and dilute and strain over a large chunk of ice in a tumbler or whisky glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
