In the week of ‘Blue Monday’, we’re bringing you a colourful cocktail to brighten the weekend. The Bison Bramble uses Bison Grass Gin, a recent release from England’s Three Wrens Distillery. We love the drama that vibrant cassis brings to a Bramble, and this recipe calls for a tantalising drizzle for even more ‘wow’ factor!

- 35ml Bison Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml cloudy apple juice
- 15ml cassis
Add the gin, lemon juice and cloudy apple juice to a shaker. Shake and strain into a tumbler over ice. Drizzle the cassis over the top.
Doing Dry January? Find a non-alcoholic spirit to use in place of gin.
