Named after Lewisian Gneiss, the 3.2-billion-year-old rock that forms the Outer Hebridies off Scotland’s west coast, this recipe from Isle of Harris Distillers is a twist on the original Gneiss Negroni using tawny port. It’s a special, cockle-warming sip to get your 2021 cocktail game off to a good start.
