Nose
A very nutty nose; luxurious buttery oiliness of hazelnut followed by green and sappy pine and nutty-spice of coriander.

Palate
Jammy floral and Turkish Delight notes followed by oily coriander and citrus. Flavours of squashed juniper berries are united with buttery hazelnut and even a slight wisp of smoke.

Finish
It lingers with a little heat, pepperiness, and light leafy notes.

Comments
An intense gin with lots of complexity and a noteworthy texture. This would be a lovely fit for a Negroni.

Score

8.2

Nose
Leafy and damp, like a walk through a forest after rain. The juniper is shy but present, alongside a savoury, peppery kind of character.

Palate
A real spice cupboard feel: cardamom, pepper, a little turmeric. There are low citrus notes and a juniper prickle.

Finish
Medium in length, dry and spicy.

Comments
An interesting take on a London Dry. You could make a creative G&T with this and add a spicy garnish.

Score

7.6
