Nose
Leafy on the nose with stalky
vegetal notes as well as the soft oiliness of orange peel.

Palate
A delicate gin with a modest intensity that is clean and focused around a refreshing citrus leafiness. A touch of dry angelica leads onto the finish.

Finish
An oily finish with lots of lemon and lime thrown in.

Comments
A gin with a pleasant freshness that would work well in a Gin Collins.

8.3

Nose
Very fresh and outdoorsy, like freshly cut grass or a wildflower meadow after rain. There’s a cumin-like spice note, with oily juniper and a slightly smoky hint.

Palate
Stays slightly savoury with black pepper, coriander and maybe a herby hint of parsley. More of that oily juniper helps to smooth out the palate.

Finish
hose spice and herb notes fade quickly to leave a little juniper.

Comments
I want this with a herbal tonic – it feels like it wants a lime-and-salt combo to really enhance those savoury notes.
