Crisp, juniper-forward pine aromas. with the dry fruitiness of cranberry and some gentle spice.
Exceptionally dry. Gentle floral notes are joined by dry, lightly acidic berry flavours – reminiscent of cloudberry or lingonberry – with a sparkle of pine.
Dry with more pine and a gradual increase in notes of menthol pepper.
This gin’s minimal sweetness makes it unusual for a flavoured gin, but it’s nonetheless full of flavour; I’d recommend this for a Dry Martini.
Sweet strawberry – freeze-dried or powdered – with juicy raspberries and a touch of vanilla. It’s also creamy, like indulgent strawberry patisserie.
Sweet soft red fruit notes are still front and centre, but there’s a dry rosé wine character keeping the sweetness in check.
Juniper brings down the sweet fruit to a deliciously dry finish; lemon juice squeezed over freshly cut fruit.
A grown-up fruity gin. It could make a lovely cocktail with a sparkling rosé wine and a little strawberry purée.
