Nose
Juniper and pine. Earthiness with leafy coriander, followed by richer floral and fruity grape.

Palate
Delicate floral flavours with jammy juniper and succulent fruit notes, plus a dash of pepper. Complex and nuanced with plenty to explore.

Finish
itrus and coriander: bright and refreshing flavours that linger on the palate.

Comments
A fresh and lively gin with plenty going on and enough character to make it a great all-rounder. This would work perfectly in a Spanish-style Gin & Tonic.

Score

9.3

Nose
Creamy orange with a custardy hint, contrasted with some woody and aniseed notes – perhaps liquorice root – and resinous juniper.

Palate
Quite smooth. The citrus notes fade to the back to reveal herbal and grassy notes, like tender soft-leaf herb stems, and a touch of cucumber.

Finish
Drying with a little spicy prickle and a little lingering herbal/floral note.

Comments
I’d like to pop some classic tonic water in this and see if we can encourage those early citrus notes to come out and play.

Score

8.3
