Nose
Clean, elegant; delicate juniper, cedar, and some citrus opens up with time to reveal orange blossom and a delicate woodiness.

Palate
Very balanced and cleanly distilled, this is a relatively classic London Dry in character: modest, but still with some distinguishing features, including a pleasant pop of jammy cherry.

Finish
Exceptionally clean; a tiny amount of chocolatey spice and a sparkle of pine.

Comments
This is a gin with a nuanced complexity. An excellent choice for a super-sleek Dry Martini.

Nose
Salty and lemony – like wafting your face over a plate of squid or oysters with fresh lemon juice squeezed over. Juniper and a little pepper.

Palate
The salinity and juniper are joined by earthy, grounding spice – ground cumin, coriander and black pepper – with a tart lemon bite.

Finish
Mid-length and quite warm, with almost smoky spice and a kiss of lemon.

Comments
I’d like to enjoy this on the rocks with a salty/tart garnish – or it seems like it would make a really silky Martini.
